Phase 1 — Identity Formation (Ages 0-28): This phase typically places you in situations requiring self-assertion. Perhaps a competitive family where you had to “fight” for attention and respect. Perhaps an environment where you felt different and had to decide: blend into the crowd or stand alone. Many Life Path 1 people experience early “fresh starts” — changing schools, moving homes, shifting friend groups — as though life is constantly training them to begin from zero.
